Maxwell Varela, founder of Viva Fly Fishing, was born and raised between Vermont and the island of Holbox, Mexico. I have had the pleasure of fishing in all kinds of waters throughout my life, and I love sharing those experiences with others. What began as outings with family and friends gradually grew into a business that welcomes visitors from around the world.
